Position: Admin Assistant
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM certificate or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay/ Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
**Responsibilities**:
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist in managing documentation, filing systems, and record keeping.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and invoicing.
Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
