We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Corporate Secretarial Admin Assistant to join our team. As a Corporate Secretarial Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our corporate secretarial functions. This is a remote/work from home position based in Malaysia.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in maintaining corporate records and document management
- Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial team
- Assist in organizing and preparing documents for meetings and board resolutions
- Handle correspondence and communications related to corporate secretarial matters
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools for data entry and documentation
**Skillset Required**:
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite
- Basic administrative skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software tools
**Qualifications**:
- No formal education required
- 0-1 years of working experience in administration or corporate secretarial field
**Salary Range**: RM 3000 to RM 6000 per month
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
