1) Possess ICSA or equivalent qualification. 2) Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in Corporate Secretarial firm with experience in handling portfolios of clients independently with minimum supervision. 3) To prepare and attend Board and Members’ Meetings (as and when required) including minutes writing. 4) To oversee and monitor statutory compliance of companies particularly in relation to Companies Act, 2016. 5) To assist the Company secretary in preparing resolutions, minutes of meetings and statutory documents. 6) To assist to prepare statutory forms, annual return and all other forms in accordance with Companies Act 2016 for submission to SSM via MyCoid, MBRS and other SSM portals. 7) To maintain and update secretarial records and registers. 8) Able to liaise with SSM officer whenever necessary. 9) Handle correspondences related to secretarial matters.
