We're seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Corporate Secretarial Associate. In this role, you'll assist in delivering professional services related to corporate secretarial matters for our diverse client portfolio, including company incorporations and corporate structure management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a broad range of corporate secretarial tasks, such as company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, and preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions.
- Assist in drafting and updating a database of corporate secretarial precedents.
- Support in organizing AGM/EGM proceedings.
- Provide guidance to clients on compliance matters pertaining to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor client deadlines and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
- Maintain accurate statutory records for clients and ensure timely delivery of documents and responses to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of corporate secretarial services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate secretarial practices.
- Familiarity with Companies Act and regulations of regulated bodies is advantageous.
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law, or related field.
- Holding or pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications (SAICSA) is advantageous.
- Prior experience with Singapore's regulations under the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority ("ACRA") is highly beneficial.
- Salary Range: Up to RM5,000.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese) is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and discretion.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks independently.
- Strong time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Secretary: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
