**Job requirements**:
- Speak and Write well in English and Malay, mandarin is an additional benefit
- able to meet and greet clients (brave/public speaking skill)
- fast learner
- well verse in understanding and using MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Sheet, Google Word, Google Form.
- can work under pressure/multitask
- have diploma/degree in business related courses ( business admin, corporate admin)
- with or without experience in secretary field
**Job responsibility**:
- mainly dealing with secretarial support work such as prepare documents, call and follow up with clients
- handling new incorp, annual returns, circulations and any adhoc assignment as requested.
- use of MYCOID, E-Info, MyData, Superior Comsec
