**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Team Manager to manage and perform the full spectrum of corporate secretariat tasks pertaining to a portfolio of clientele
- Attend meetings, preparing resolutions and minutes of meetings
- Provide advice on compliance requirements and ensure client’s compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review/update and maintain proper records of clients’ KYC/CDD compliance
- Maintaining proper updates of companies’ registers and statutory records
- Working as a team within the corporate secretarial department to ensure timely progression of workflow, quick turnaround time of clients work and maintain high level clients’ services

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Corporate Secretarial including familiarity with handling public listed companies corporate secretarial work
- Manage to handle public listed companies
- Good understanding of Bursa Malaysia’s listing requirements, Securities Commission’s Guidelines and other relevant regulations related to public listed companies
- Good command of written and spoken English, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Diligent, self-motivated, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility and possess initiative
- A good team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1.00 per month
