**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of staff as well as portfolio of clients consisting of private companies, foreign companies, and listed companies that we administer on behalf of our clients.
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties in ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act, SGX Listing Rules and the relevant laws.
- Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, company statutory administration and other related matters
- Liaise and prepare necessary documents, arrange for statutory filings, and maintain statutory records on all corporate secretarial related matters
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff
- Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Law. Other qualification will be considered
- Minimum 3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
