We are looking for a motivated, organised and proactive assistant office manager to assist the Managing Director's office in administrative and office-management duties. Wide-ranging opportunities to learn about the industry and day-to-day operations of a stockbroking firm. Direct access to senior management.

**Responsibilities**

To assume certain functions of the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director in handling daily tasks and administration of the Company.

To assist the Managing Director on preparation of presentations, memos and directives

To take on and develop Human Resource functions, including recruiting, compensation, and monthly/annual payroll processes.

**Requirements**:
Well organized, meticulous and detailed oriented with strong computing skills (minimum MS Word and MS Excel). Ability to multi-task and track multiple workstreams is essential.

Possess strong interpersonal skills, result-oriented mindset, positive attitude with high degree of confidentiality and integrity.

Good command of English, both verbal and written and proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
