To update and follow-up approval/ progress of passport/ sticker permit/ special pass.
- To update and follow-up approval/ progress of FOMEMA result.
- To update and follow-up approval/ progress of levy, insurance and ePLKS system.
- To update and follow-up approval/ progress of check out memo for resigned FW Nepalese.
- Generate and update database summary FW Nepalese end of month - New, resigned, runaway.
- To drafting and prepare letters for resigned or end contract for FW Nepalese.
- Responsible on flight ticket booking for holiday/ resigned FW Nepalese.
- To assist and prepare any relevant documentations for extension of approval (50 approval quota valid for 1 year).
- Renewal of business licensing or any relevant statutory, fire extinguisher, company vehicles renewal of road tax/ insurance.
- Updating and maintaining of agreements - Hostel, clientele contract etc.
- Ordering monthly office supplies.
- Manage and update the inventories of stocks of general supplies, uniform, PPE, masks, watchman clock, walkie-talkie etc.
- Scheduling travel arrangements, accommodations and meals arrangement/ reservations, if the need arise.
- GPS report submission on timely manner.
- Year-end filing and maintained organized filing system of electronic documentations.
- Any other responsibilities relevant to the above and other duties as may be instructed by the management from time to time.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
