**Quality Control Supervisor**

**Qualification & experience**
- Have experience working in food industry production or quality department
- Strong knowledge in hygiene and food safety
- Skilled in problem solving on site
- Able to follow established procedures and implanted it on site
- Very good communication skills
- Able to work independently and can deliver task perfectly even under pressure
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Willing to learn and have high curiosity in getting more knowledge and skills

**Task & responsibilities**
- Report to Head of QA/ Production Manager
- Assist QA/ Production Manager in all food safety management related matters
- Ensure all food handler are following all food safety requirements
- Monitor food safety implementation on-site
- Involved in food safety management systems audits, meetings, etc
- Ensure that products are safe and in good quality that meet the applicable regulatory & statutory requirements, standards and customers’ requirements
- Monitor the SOP in production and packaging area to ensure it was implemented accordingly
- Coordinate with QA and Production regarding any customer complaint and food safety issue including troubleshooting and take timely corrective actions
- Any other jobs assigned by the upper management
