- 擅長現場解決問題
- 能夠遵循既定程序並在現場植入
- 非常好的溝通能力
- 能夠獨立工作，即使在壓力下也能完美完成任務
- 最低文憑或同等學歷
- 至少 1 年類似職位的經驗
- 願意學習並對獲取更多知識和技能有高度的好奇心

**任務與職責**
- 向 QA 主管/生產經理報告
- 協助QA/生產經理處理所有食品安全管理相關事宜
- 確保所有食品處理人員遵守所有食品安全要求
- 現場監督食品安全實施情形
- 參與食品安全管理體系審核、會議等
- 確保產品安全、品質優良，符合適用的監管和法定要求、標準和客戶要求
- 監控生產和包裝區域的 SOP，確保其已相應實施
- 就任何客戶投訴和食品安全問題與品質保證和生產部門進行協調，包括故障排除並及時採取糾正措施
- 上級管理人員分配的任何其他工作
