Working closely with the Financial Controller, the Corporate Finance Manager shall provide support for the execution of corporate exercises, including due diligence, M&A etc.
- Good knowledge in budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow analysis, financial analysis, reporting to stakeholders etc.
- Support on the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Analyzing and interpreting financial data to support business decisions.
- Liaise with bankers, stakeholders etc. for financing facilities.
- Continuously monitor and review of the covenants across the debt facilities, and negotiate amendments and waivers with the lenders where necessary.
- Managing ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
- Familiarity with listing requirement (Bursa Malaysia / SGX) and accounting standards.
- Qualified Accountant &/ with Big 4 audit background be favorably considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of Corporate Finance or Accounting professionals are welcome to apply.
- Meticulous with an eye for details.
- In-depth knowledge of Financial Statements rules & regulations, guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities, risk management control, listing rules, etc.
- A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, organized, and able to learn quickly, and independently with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- An excellent team player who is able to engage internal and external stakeholders of all levels with good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment.
