Job Scope - Transport Admin Assistant
- Proof Of Delivery (POD Chop Sign) and Transport Billing

Received & Completion of Daily DO Chop Sign update in system.

Check and ensure billing quantity and rate are correct.
- POD Discrepancies (Rejection)

Follow Up with Finance on CN and update CN number into Report: List of POD

Discrepancy.

**Update Invoice cancel into Report**: List of Invoice Cancellation.
- Daily Operation - Circulate Report

Daily Load Plan to Sales Team.

Daily Upload to SAP.
- Daily Operation - Trade Return Collection

**Trade Return Collection Report**: Timely follow up to ensure Trade Return Collection

completed until CN issued.
- Daily Documentation to Customer

DO, Invoice, PO & Return Note sorting and folding into envelope.
