**Responsibility**
- Pay Bank reconciliation, supplier reconciliation on time
- Make sure double entry and AP & AR chart of account GL are correct
- Responsible for processing Customer Payment, Sales Receipts Matching, etc.
- Make sure the filing files are neat and correct
- Prepare all documents for audit and tax on time every year
- Submit Month-End Closing on time every month
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

工作职责

准时呈交银行往来记录报告,供应商交易报告

确保”基本会计记账”和 “应付账款和应收账款的总账 “是正确

负责处理客户付款,销售收据对账等

确保”文件分档” 整齐和正确

每年准时准备好全部文件给 “审计和税务” 的工作

每月准时提交”月尾结账”

完成上级安排的其它工作任务
