Key Responsibilities:
**Reception Duties**:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, classes, and meetings.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintain and update client records, databases, and schedules.
- Support the coordination of events, meetings, and special projects.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies as needed.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist clients with membership inquiries, sign-ups, and cancellations.
- Handle client check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the administrative teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of office procedures and best practices.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communications and marketing materials.

**Job Types**: Internship, Student job

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
