Internship for Business Administration/ Puchasing

**Skill & experience requirement**:
- Basic knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel.
- No experience requires.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Responsible to handle goods delivered from Vendors.
- To daily update receiving into ERP system and submit documents to Finance team.
- To ensure keep track incoming/ outgoing of loan, repair, modify and reject parts.
- To monitor stock movement and keep record of stock items.
- To conduct physical inventory check of store.
- To support Purchaser in daily operation to perform data entry and update the delivery status for supplier POs.
- Source & purchase on Direct & Indirect Materials.
- Price negotiation & cost down.
- PO release per MRP report on daily basis.
- Responsible for material analysis, buying, expediting and inventory control.
- Ensure the suppliers delivery the parts based on the required date & delivery schedule.
- Work with internal departments to review materials requirement and delivery lead time to meet customers’ need.

Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM1,000.00 per month
