- Do you have a keen eye for new technologies and platforms and consider yourself to be a digital design expert, innovator and a team player? Do you make commercial designs and measure the result of your work?
- This role requires a creative mindset. You should have the knowledge and be an expert in persuasive design. You will conceptualize and drive the creation of exciting online and mobile-first marketing campaigns, banner ads, landing pages and rich-media creatives.
- You should be an expert in conversion optimization and be experienced in crafting the UI and UX landing pages, especially for mobile.
- You must understand User Experience and the importance of engaging users with clear and direct call to actions. In our result driven team, you should focus on high quality aesthetics, conversion and results.
- You should be able to explain the rationale behind your creative choices and how they help in attracting our target customers.

**Your Skills & Responsibilities**
- You have mastered front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, CSS animations, and JavaScript.
- You are adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
- You have experience with online marketing tools like Google Analytics.
- You can create engaging banners and commercially successful landing pages
- You can utilize elements of persuasive design to influence the behavior of users in our products and campaigns
- You have decent wireframing and prototyping skills using adobe XD, Sketch or other softwares
- You have fair illustration skills using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- You have three or more years of experience (hands-on experience in designing successful mobile advertisements is a plus)
- You constantly optimize existing designs in terms of conversion based on test results.
- You have a good sense of typography, use of colors and layouts.
- You have the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- You are a strong communicator in English.
