**Job Title: Clinic Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the electronic medical records system.
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare staff.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, physicians, and other individuals.
- Assist with insurance verification and processing of claims.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting area and front desk.
- Retrieve and file medical records and documents accurately.
- Prepare examination rooms for patient visits and assist physicians during examinations.
- Monitor and manage inventory of clinic supplies and place orders as needed.
- Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, including confidentiality and guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to deliver excellent patient care.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting preferred.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is an advantage
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in patient care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
