3. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information during data entry tasks.

4. Transfer paper-based information into digital formats using computerized data entry equipment.

5. Review and validate data for completeness and compliance with established standards.

6. Respond to data inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

7. Perform regular data quality checks to identify and rectify errors.

8. Organize and categorize information for efficient retrieval and analysis.

9. Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary data and ensure consistency.

10. Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
