- Manage monthly inventory stock take checks and records
- Handle documentation, data entry and organize filing systems effectively
- Process and review insurance documentation and ensure all documents are complete
- Take payments from customers
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Serve as a back-up for other jobs as necessary
- Perform ad-hoc administrative task
