**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage full set of accounts and accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with current accounting practices and principles. (Including statutory financial reports, reporting package, cash flow statement, regulatory returns and related schedules.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly accounts, management reports, forecasts, and maintain good budgetary controls.
- Investigate, reconcile, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Assist in monitoring accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate cash book entries on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain accounting records using UBS accounting systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
- To liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, government bodies, suppliers as well as internal clients/other departments.
- **Requirements**:_
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
- Committed, self-motivated, independent with positive disposition
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and work under pressure, and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
- Meticulous, high level of accuracy
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Good administrative, organizational, ISO knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Minimum **2** years working experience preferably in accounts/finance department.
- Minimum **LCCI or equivalent certificate** - with accounting/book-keeping knowledge to prepare a full set of accounts.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
