Account Executive

**Property Accountant Duties**
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Oversee cash disbursements and maintain cash books
- Process daily and month-end transactions
- Present regular accounting reports to key leadership
- Review and reconcile property payments and taxes
- Daily closing and updating of collection

**Property Accountant Requirements**
- Four years of related experience in a finance or accounting role
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant field
- Superb communication and organisational skills
- Expert-level skills with MS Office
- Knowledge is CSS will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling strata building accounts will be highly recommended.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
