Ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable process, general ledger, account reconciliation, etc. Supporting forecasting and budgeting.
- Calculate customer/supplier account balances and reconcile with totals.
- Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes.
- Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
- Perform month-end closing activities.
- Double check process payroll transactions from Hr Dept.
- Record and process all business transactions within the organizations.
- Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.
- Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payable and cash.
- Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for managements use.
- Use relevant IT systems and tools effectively for data analysis.
- Preparation of Full Set Accounts

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
- Bahasa (preferred)
