Responsibilities & Duties
- Attend to complaint received from residents and maintain good public relation with the residents,
- Record complaint from residents,
- Prepare and check documents relating to work requisition and issue of purchase order,
- Follow up daily with maintenance staff on their feedback on complaints submitted for their investigation,
- Assist on the distribution of insurance certificate to unit owners,
- Be responsible for the administrative function in the office,
- Process and issue scheduled billing to parcel owner,
- Issue car and motorcycle sticker and access card,
- Coordinate for all the facilities booking,
- Be responsible of the collection of the service charges, water charges and other related charges and issuance of official receipts,
- Perform posting of all transaction such as GL, AP and AR,
- Maintain the latest cash flow statements,
- Process monthly billings on service charges, water charges and other related charges (carpark rental, advertising, etc.)
- Prepare payment listing for JMB/MC approval.
- Issue payment vouchers, cheques/online banking instructions for contractors /suppliers /utilities invoices on time,
- Monitor on received of Renovation Deposit by refunding deposit to unit owners or contra deposit against any outstanding,
- Filing for all related documentation
- To provide back-end administration support for accounts and technical team
- Prepare of notices and memo, minutes of meeting and bank documents,
- Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skill
- Required language(s): Fluent in spoken/written Bahasa and English
- Education: Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
- Experience: minimum 1 years’ experience in related industry field

**Salary can be negotiated based on experience and skill**

**2 position available.**

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
