Accounts Executive

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd Full time

Responsible for proper accounting system and key-in payments received from the owners/residents;
- To issue official receipts for the payment received;
- To prepare payment vouchers/cheques and key-in the payment to the accounting software system;
- To check the bank statement and do the bank reconciliation;
- To generate debtor aging report and statements for the Owners/Residents;
- To attend enquiries, complaints from the owners/residents tactfully;
- To prepare invoices, statement of accounts for owners/residents;
- To call and follow-up with the owners/residents for outstanding payment for service charges and sinking funds.

**Requirements:

- **
- Diploma/Degree in Property Management/Business Admin or any related field;
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Strata Property Management Office;
- Knowledge of the CSS or Condomaster accounting software;
- Fresh graduate in Real Estate Management are encouraged to apply;
- Able to work with minimum supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
