**Experience & Skills**

1. Minimum 1- 2 years in Building Management Office as Admin Assistant or any other industry worked as Admin Assistant

2. Able to handle office management & administration

3. Encouraged if familiar with CSS System, Advelsoft or other accounting system in Strata Properties

4. Knowledge and familiar with Billing, Invoices, Payment Processing, Bank Reconciliation, Purchase Requisition, Purchase order will be added advantage

6. Able handle customers on all enquiries related to moving in, renovation and other related issues

7. Good communication skills and good customer service

8. Willing to do Overtime as and when required

9. Must be familiar with computer skills (Microsoft, Excel & Power point)

Education

1. Fresh Graduates with minimum Diploma or Degree in any field but preferable in Business Administration, Accounts, Real Estate or any other industry are encouraged.

2. Have worked in Building Management Office with any Diploma in any field will be considered.

3. Basic Knowledge in accounting will be added advantage

4. Abe to work with minimum supervision.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
