Administration Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in administrative functions, including:
1. performs a range of administrative tasks and ensure company equipment and facilities are well functioned and maintained.
2. Maintain a systematic filling system, safeguarding private and confidential documents.
3. Update and maintain employee records, attendance, leave.
4. Responsible, committed, have initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
5. Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements**
1. Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in administration or relate field.
3. Proficient in both spoken and written English, Malay and Chinese.
4. Possess a good working attitude and interpersonal skills.
5. Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) with good writing skills.
6. Possess logical thinking and creativity, organized, can communicate well with others.
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
