**Responsibilities**:

- Documents filling and other related administrative tasks.
- Handling correspondence and administration of daily business activity.
- Maintain up-to-date employee leave records.
- Assist in office general admin and operations.
- Ensure sufficiency supply of stationery, office equipment, groceries.
- Responsible for flights & hotel bookings.
- Coordination with housekeeper on office cleanliness.
- Responsible in document sorting & Distribution.
- Assist on taking and prepared meeting minute.
- Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing and filing systematically.
- Assist in preparing business related reports.
- To perform ad-hoc duties that may be required by the management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Possess good verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,155.00 - RM2,851.00 per month
