**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support the team by preparing reports, presentations, and data entry.
- Handle incoming calls and manage inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and meeting materials.
- Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
- Assist HR with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records.
- Support the accounting department with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Basic accounting experience, including familiarity with bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- **Mandatory**:Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including teams in China.
- High School diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
