RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update HR databases.
- Assist in payroll preparation.
- Assist in implementation of fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Prepare Memo for all new policies and write meeting minutes.
- Assist in Foreign Workers Management.
- Assist in daily operations of the HR department.
- Organize team building events/ activities.
- Responsible for the coordination of arranging documents for signing & compilation.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, distribution, scanning, printing, archiving etc
- Other duties as assigned by superior and management.

Job Requirement:

- Able to work independently under supervision
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
