Human Resource Executive

Direct and implement the reviews and development of HR policies and procedures to support college's objectives
- To in charge of building maintenance, facilities and company vehicles. To update Maintenance Report for Facilities and TL Equipment
- To oversee the operational support needs in building maintenance and facelift of the building.
- To maintain the Store Room for keeping the assessed student artworks according to SOP requirement
- To assist in arranging the classrooms, studios and labs for every term break.
- To monitor the cleanliness of the studios, labs, toilets and common areas.
- To assist in student recruitment especially call-ins, walk-ins prospective students and parents for full time and part time courses. To assist in arranging student hostels for new students
- To monitor Bank Accounts for Graduation Exhibition Committee and SRC. To provide guidance to Committee Treasurer to compile final accounts after exhibition.
- To assist in admin works for MQA, MOHE, internal audit and ISO external audit.
- To oversee the operation of library and IT department.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
