- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, benefits, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with business goals and employment laws.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity and foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Act as an HR advisor, handling employee relations and workplace issues.
- Maintain accurate HR records and improve HR processes for efficiency.
Education/ Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and relations
- Passionate about fostering a positive work environment with creative, out-of-the-box ideas
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong execution skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
