HR Payroll Executive

_**URGENT**_
**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and ensure monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time.
Ensure all allowances, OT claims, expenses claims and etc. are processed accurately and on time.
Generate accurate and updated monthly Payroll Reports using the Payroll System.
Prepare and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax.
Ensure employee master record is well updated and captured in the system, regardless of new hire or existing employees.
Administer and ensure all confirmation and resignation of staff are processed promptly and accurately.
Administer the HR operation matters eg. letter issuance, performance management, confirmation, employee relation etc.
Review submission of timesheets and claims documents to ensure all submissions are in compliance with defined policies
Any ad hoc HR projects/ task from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
- minimum internship / a year’s experience in payroll processing.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships at all levels.
- Mandarin-speaking; Open gender
**Work arrangements**
5days working per week.
Working hour (Mon-Thur: 8:30am-6pm ; Fri: 8:30am-6:30pm)
lunch hour (Mon-Thur: 12pm-1pm ; Fri 1pm-2:30pm)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
