**Responsibilities**:

- Report to HR Service - Manager
- Oversee payroll operations in assigned regional markets.
- Manage a team of payroll officers to be responsible for complete payroll processing
- Ensure that payroll is processed accurately, in compliance and in a timely manner
- Assist superior to develop, implement, and review operational policies, SOPs and processes
- Handle preparation of all tax obligations, including employee income tax and relevant statutory contributions
- Participate in and aid in payroll system development
- Provide HR services
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and educate the team on them
- Manage ongoing client relationships
- Respond to payroll inquiries in a professional manner
- Perform any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of HR - general payroll practices, procedures, operations, and legislation
- Experience in managing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer service oriented.
- Good in Excel is a MUST
- Fluency in Cantonese and English language
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM7,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
