Your new responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities including computing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, claims and statutory contribution
- To ensure all payroll transactional processes are executed accurately in a timely manner, compliance with statutory requirements, meeting contribution and payment timeline
- Set up, review, perform system testing and migration, post-implementation support by updating the payroll system
- Work closely with regional HR / HRBP to review current state Payroll processes, systems and Identify continuous improvement opportunities in quality and efficiency and support implementation efforts.
- Together with manager, develop and implement payroll strategy and improvement for effective and efficient process in long term
- Prepare payroll journal entries, payroll supporting worksheet for account reconciliation.
- Ensure adherence to all Document Retention, Reporting and Audit requirements
- Ensure that confidentiality of payroll data is safeguarded;
- Maintaining relationships with key business partners and stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Business Group HR, Mobility and HR Legal).

What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Degree in Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources will be an added advantage) or equivalent business experience.
- At least 2 years of Payroll Processing experience
- Must have experience in statutory filings
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of using FlexHRMS are preferable.
- Attentive to details with ability to deliver quality output under tight timelines.
- Positive team player with ability to work independently, with limited supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
