Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of HR operations. This includes supporting organizational stability by optimizing task allocation and enhancing operational productivity.
  • You will also be responsible for aligning HR with business objectives and managing talent for growth.

Specializations

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: You will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent, as well as onboarding new employees into the company.
  • Employee Records & Documentation: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Leave & Attendance Management: You will oversee leave and attendance policies, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Performance Appraisals & Training: You will develop and implement performance management systems, including regular evaluations and training programs.
  • Employee Relations & Welfare: You will foster positive relationships between employees and management, addressing any conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Compliance & HR Policies: You will ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • General HR Administration: You will perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.

  • Multitasking & Time Management: You must be able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • HR Systems & Digital Tools: Familiarity with HR software and digital tools is necessary for success in this position.
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: You must be able to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Power BI & Data Analytics: Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI, is desirable.
  • Excel & Office Programs: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software is required.
