- Claims evaluation and administration of employee insurance.
- Communication with employees through notices and memos.
- Implementation of policies and procedures related to conduct and discipline.
- Counseling and domestic inquiry support for staff.
- Recruitment and hiring processes, including advertisement creation and application review.
- Interaction with external parties, including Unions, Government Agencies, and Industrial Courts.
- Additional duties as assigned by Management.
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English language (spoken and written).
