DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Perform a wide range of complex secretarial and administrative duties.
- Responsible for providing high level executive and administrative on matters relating to day-to-day activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and act professionally with all level of management.
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries, requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation when required.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Certificate/ Diploma in related field or SPM with credit in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedicated, good planning skill and meticulous in work
- At least 1 year experience in administrative work
- Can work independently
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
