- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Make travel arrangements and accommodations for the Director
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, and special projects
- Conduct research and compile information as requested
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
