Customer Service Executive Administrator

Supervise and prioritize tasks and people on a daily basis
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office administration
- Ensure the team is building positive relationships with customers and internal staff, responding to, and progressing issues and queries to a successful conclusion at the earliest time
- Ensure all the calls, tasks and cases are recorded in Service Cloud (where applicable)
- Ensure CS team answering incoming calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
- Ensure all orders are entered in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
- Ensure all complaints, opportunities for improvement and positive feedback from clients is recorded
- Conduct regular team ‘huddles’ to deliver business messages and define team objectives
- Communicating and coordinating within the team and cross-functional colleagues is necessary
**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
