**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (diploma) in any discipline.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of call center experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and aural comprehension).
- Professional handling of queries and objections.
- Passion for communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, a proactive attitude, and composed communication in challenging situations.
- Customer service orientation.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with a 90% accuracy score.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
**Qualifications**:
- Freshers or experienced Taiwanese.
- Good English proficiency level (B2).
**Compensation**:
- Salary ranges from MYR 5,500 to MYR 7,000, with a housing allowance of MYR 600.
- Inclusive of a flight ticket and a 1-week hotel stay.
