**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with product-related inquiries, technical issues, and general support queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
- Educate customers on product features and ensure they have a positive experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in reading and writing Mandarin is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a customer support or customer success role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and software.
