Job Responsibilities
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes and prepare minutes for distributions.
- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Manage day-to-day activities of the department and provide general administrative support (e.g. arrange departmental events, meetings, communications and handle information requests, etc.)
- Observe attendances & punctuality as significant
- Maintain & keep of Company Standard Operating Procedure, ISO Manual & Company Profile
- Conversant in English & Malay writing as well as speaking
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision & complete tasks on time frame
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administrative or any relevant field
- Minimum 2 years working experience as administrative assistance
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
