Customer Service Executive

**Shift Timing**:Permanent Night Shift**
**Working Roster**: 5 days per week, each shift is 9 hours long, including a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute short breaks.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Take calls and provide accurate answers to customer queries.
- Deliver excellent customer support and services, offering patient assistance at all times.
- Respond to customer inquiries using knowledge acquired through training (client product, continuous improvement, and refresher courses).
- Effectively deliver customer support and services through active communication.
- Meet and exceed all key performance indicators set by the company and the client.
- Adhere to the given work roster, including weekends, public holidays, split offs, and rest days as required by the business.
- Follow call flow procedures and processes, as well as quality assurance requirements.
- Adhere to de-escalation processes when dealing with dissatisfied customers.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in voice channel support in customer services.
- Minimum Diploma Holder or higher is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written forms; able to actively listen and articulate step-by-step problem solving.
- Proficiency in **Mandarin or Cantonese and English is a must.**:
- **Malaysian native speaker** with proficiency in the above languages is an added advantage.
**Salary**:
RM4000 - RM4500 + Attractive Allowance
