- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30 am-6.15 pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to $2800 + Performance Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies on the same day, issue PO to Supplier.
- Review inventories and order as required.
- Handle all IN/OUT bound documents and permit for overseas.
- Interact with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
- Review Suppliers' deliveries against PO on daily Basis.
- Track the status of any outstanding orders daily and report to HOD if any POs have not arrived timely.
- Maintain ISO Supplier System and Yearly Supplier Review reports.
- Identify Top Tier Suppliers half yearly.
- Handle CN from Supplier.
- Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment in accordance with requirements.
- Manage FA and Non-FA Goods.
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

- Experience in shipping is an Advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Software Environment. E.g. Excel, Word & PPT.
