**Position**: Invoicing Clerk
We are a well-established national wholesaler and distributor for building materials in Malaysia. The company is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur with several branches across Malaysia.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
a. Cross check Sales Order and Delivery Order before generating Sales Invoice.
b. Issue Credit Note and Debit Note.
c. Routinely check Stock and Sales Report in system and cross check with branches record.
d. Filling of documents.
e. Assist in issuing Purchase Orders when necessary.
f. Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
g. To carry out any other office matters which may be entrusted to you conscientiously and expeditiously.
**Qualifications and skills**:
Preferablely with Minimum 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field;
Attention to detail;
Good team player and willing to learn;
Good communicator;
Computer literate and competency in accounting software, Microsoft Office and etc.
Training will be provided.
