**Responsibilities**:
- Billing Clerk Responsibilities:
- Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
- Processing credit memos.
- Preparing for courier deliveries.
- Update customer portal
- Monitoring DO’s return copies & filing
- Compile monthly billing reports.
- Any other Ad-hoc job related
Billing Clerk Requirements:
High school diploma
- Previous experience as a billing clerk or in a similar role.- Knowledge of accounting software Autocount or SQL, Working knowledge of basic accounting standards
- Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent math skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
