**Responsibilities**:

- To Assist Quantity Surveyor on the Pre-contract management - budgeting, estimating, call tenders, tender interview, preparing contract documents &, etc.
- To Assist Quantity Surveyor on the Post-contract management - assessment of interim payment, valuation of variation works, settlement of the final account.
- Attend site meetings and site visits.
- Liaise with suppliers/contractors for quotations.
- Taking off & measuring and Preparing BQ
- General administration.(Documentation & Filing)
- Other related duties as assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
- Required Skill(s): MS office, excel, word
- Positive attitude, diligence, and ability to handle tight schedules.
- Working location at Kelana Jaya
