**Job Scopes**:

- Responsible for registration and admission processes for patient.
- To assist in management of insurance forms and company GL.
- Manage and resolve patient or client concern by providing correct information.
- Assist doctors & nurses as and when is required
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Good skill communication.
- SPM / STPM / Diploma holders are welcome
- Diploma/Degree related with healthcare with be an advantage
- A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work in a team dependably
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Always ready to help patients in need
