**JOB SCOPE**:

- To provide and offer mortgage loan advises and solution for the bank
- To continuously build good business relationship with lawyers, property agents, developer staff
- Actively market and identify new business opportunities and customer acquisition
- Carry out presale’s activity (i.e customer background check, filtering of customer, assignment of customer)
- Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience (sales preferably)
- Comfortable in meeting and engaging with new people
- Product knowledge on mortgages will be an added advantage
- Required language: Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Able to speak Mandarin is an additional language

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
